Meet in Seoul
Upon arrival in Seoul, meet your program coordinator and fellow participants. Transfer to your accommodation and enjoy a welcome dinner and orientation session outlining the week’s schedule and school visit expectations.
Depart Seoul for your assigned school in either Gyeonggi Province. Settle into your accommodation near the school and begin your first day of cultural and professional exchange with Korean educators and students.
Continue your school immersion program—observing classes, interacting with students, and learning from local teaching practices. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided cultural site visit in the region (e.g. Hwaseong Fortress, Namhansanseong, or a local market).
Say goodbye to your host teachers and students in the morning. After lunch, explore one final cultural site in the province before returning to Seoul in the late afternoon.
Spend a full day exploring the heart of Seoul. Visit iconic sites such as Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, Insadong, and Dongdaemun Design Plaza. Optional: add a free day for self-guided exploration or shopping.
Take a guided trip to the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ)—a place of profound historical and political significance. Return to Seoul.
Enjoy a leisure day to explore Seoul at your own pace. Optional ideas include visiting a Korean spa (jjimjilbang), hiking up Namsan, café hopping in Hongdae, or exploring K-pop culture in Gangnam. Your program coordinator will offer maps, suggestions, and optional group meetups, but the day is yours.
Transfer to the airport for your departure. Depart Korea with professional insights, new international connections, and unforgettable memories.
